You will be supporting on the implementation, development and integration of a compliance monitoring function across the business’ portfolio of government and public-sector contracts. This role works towards minimising contractual risk to RinP through accurate and timely compliance monitoring of key customer service standards, key performance indicators and service level agreements. The role will also provide administrative and project assistance to the Compliance Manager and the wider Risk Management Department when required.

Key Responsibilities:

- Assuring the integrity of data entered on electronic systems via a range of sampling and verification tools and through, from time to time, direct confirmation with third party stakeholders. - To ensure the company is properly prepared for external contract monitoring through facilitating with Operations and other Support Teams the thorough and appropriate preparation of files, liaison with auditors when on site - To perform analysis of contract monitoring checks to identify key trends and highlight as directed by the Compliance Manager across all regional operations and support teams. - Considering compliance findings, report on recommendations to the company’s processes, procedures and systems to ensure completeness, accuracy and fitness for purpose and making written recommendations for improvement. - Identify areas of business improvement need, by analysing statistical data around audit and risk.

Professional Experience:

- Exposure and understanding of contractual requirements within provision/services commissioned by government bodies. - Experience of providing a high-quality advisory and guidance service to internal customers. - Demonstrable experience gained in a fast paced environment of the manipulation of data to inform work priorities and of the presentation of such data verbally and in the format of written reports. - Previous high level telephone or face to face customer service experience gained in a business to business or internal corporate environment. - Demonstrates a high level of business and commercial awareness - Willingness to work away from home base, as required (this will mean staying overnight) Desirable Criteria: - Exposure and understanding of contractual requirements of at least DWP or ESFA provision. - First degree qualification (or equivalent) obtained in a literate and analytical discipline. - Experience of IT systems design and implementation. - Exposure to compliance, audit, or quality functions with high profile Government contracts. - Experience of the development and improvement of a Compliance Strategy and associated support frameworks. • Previous experience of working in a compliance function including experience of contract monitoring and MI production
