The role

The Compliance Manager manages a small team supporting all activities relating to audits, contract compliance and continuous improvement, embedding this into Operational activities throughout the contract.

 

Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:

 

  • Motivating, coaching and developing your team using reviews, observations and continuous training
  • Monitor KPIs and support the Operational teams to meet these through coaching, training and updating Service Delivery Guides
  • Facilitating focus groups with Participants and report on findings to support quality improvement
  • Providing support to all staff and sub-contractors to ensure processes are fully understood
  • Ensure the company is properly prepared for external audits

Key accountabilities

Required skills and experience:

 

  • Degree qualification (or equivalent)
  • Previous experience of working in a management function including experience of contributing to the design and training of process manuals
  • Experience of providing a high quality advisory and guidance service to internal customers
  • Intermediate knowledge of Excel and other Office packages
  • Exemplary written and verbal communication skills.


Desirable Personal Attributes:

  • Experience of delivering staff training
  • Knowledge of Government Welfare to Work and Skills contracts
  • Understanding of quality improvement activities
