Are you a marketing professional with expertise in social media, branding or online campaigns? Reed in Partnership are recruiting a new Marketing & Communications Executive in Southwark and we need you! We are on a mission to be the partner of choice for developing people and their communities. Reed in Partnership is a public service provider specialising in skills training for the long-term unemployed, increasing employment opportunities by working with employers and providing youth services.


The role

Working with our National Citizen Service (NCS) providers, you will promote our youth service across the South West and Eastern regions. Your daily responsibilities will include: • Maintaining great working relationships with our supply chain partners to assist with their marketing needs • Implementing strategies aimed at promoting our NCS programmes • Answering queries from parents, teachers and young people as they are received through various channels (email, social media etc) • Creating design briefs and materials to be used digitally, including newsletters and promotional materials • Attend regular marketing meetings and occasional visits to our delivery sites for promotional purposes What’s in it for you? Skills and Experience

Required: • Ability to demonstrate return on investment, working to KPIs to show the impact of your campaigns • Previous marketing and communications experience • Demonstrable experience managing relationships with stakeholders and communicating with multiple audiences through multiple channels • Understanding of core brand guidelines and ability to monitor these across a large supply chain • Organisational skills to work to deadlines and prioritise agreed schedules, while also maintaining flexibility • Proficient knowledge of Wordpress and preferably Google Analytics Desirable Attributes: • Degree in Marketing, Advertising, English or similar is desired but not essential • Experience working on programmes targeting the engagement of young people • Experience with Adobe Indesign, Photoshop and Illustrator • Experience working with CRM systems such as Salesforce.
